Once upon a time we could count on twelve years of school followed by some college and then happily say goodbye to books and study.
Sure, we might want to improve a skill here or there, but once you landed a good job the rest of your education was combined with experience.
As Aerosmith sang, "Dream On...Dream On..."
Those of us who work in the IT field we know that time has long past. We constantly need to improve our skill set, or get left behind.
Can you imagine if you said, "What is this GUI thing? I'll stick with my DOS commands, thank you." where your IT career would be?
Am I dating myself with that reference?
Sigh
Technology moves fast, and to do our jobs correctly, we need to keep up with it.
So how do we do that?
For one thing you need to be aware of what your tools can do for you. I remember once, years ago trying to explain to someone that their VCR can actually be programmed to record the shows for them...they didn't have to stress and rush home to hit that button.
They were amazed how the technology was there all along, but they didn't make the time to learn how to use it.
Our RM Dashboard is constantly changing and growing. The new assortment of Automated Tasks and Automation Manager (a drag and drop script builder) alone can free up hours of your time if you simply took a moment to check them out. There are also recent changes made to Web Protection, have you seen them? What about Risk Intelligence? Have you looked into that one?
I could go on and on, but the point is it's important you get the most out of what you are paying for.
But how do you do this?
How do you stay up to date on what is new and relevant to you in your RM Dashboard?
We offer personal, one on one training in the form of Tech walks. These sessions are free and will help you not only take advantage of all the features of the RM dashboard, but keep up with the new ones as well.

Did I mention this is free?
Give us an hour, you'll find that is an hour well spent.
