RM Patch Management: Medicine for the common IT cold.
By: Brian C. Teasley
Patches. Just
the word itself is enough to make any IT staff cringe. Keeping workstations and
servers patched can be a very frustrating experience. The list of devices to
manage and update goes on. This is where Patch Management comes in. A cloud
based solution to keep all your machines running smoothly and up to date, regardless
of the device type.
Keep up with your Dashboard Skillset, request a Tech Walk!

by David Ianetta
Once upon a time we could count on twelve years of school followed by some college and then happily say goodbye to books and study.
Sure, we might want to improve a skill here or there, but once you landed a good job the rest of your education was combined with experience.

Honesty
Billy Joel sang “Honesty is such a lonely word, everyone is

Maybe I’m in a musical rut…

characters and a blood test. But what
happens when one of your Super Users or Administrators forget?
We gotcha covered…

Quick Tip: Getting Spiffy with SPF in RemoteManagement
Yesterday I was explaining how best to incorporate MailProtection's servers for your SPF records - which is very important to do when you are using it as the outbound smarthost for your (or your customer's) outbound mail.

Multiplying your results: One action, multiple devices
It's a no-brainer that doing an action once is better than doing that same action 39 times. Efficiency is one of the reasons why people choose an RMM solution, but they may not know of all the dashboard features available to help them achieve this goal.
